HOW ATLAS AI USES AND PROTECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION

Server log files. The provider of the Website automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in “server log files.” Our legitimate interest in processing this data is to ensure unimpeded and trouble-free access to our Website.

Our legitimate interest in processing the above-described data is to respond to requests for information or requests to use our Software or Service, requests for demonstrations and/or whitepapers, as well as selecting individuals for potential employment. Information Collected Automatically. WILL ATLAS AI SHARE ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

Atlas Ai neither rents nor sells personal information or data to anyone. We will share your personal information or data with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your personal information with them to have them assist us in providing our products or services to you. Such third parties must: (i) Reasonably comply with Data Protection Legislation and (ii) subscribe to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework (for more information please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome) if personal data is being transferred between the EEA and the United States; or Atlas Ai will enter into a written agreement with such third-party requiring that the third-party provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by relevant Data Protection Legislation and Privacy Shield Principle. DATA RETENTION

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our Services and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Consequently:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Atlas Ai and Customer shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of Atlas Ai’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes or pursuant to Atlas Ai’s internal data retention policy. Customers may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by Atlas Ai within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting Atlas Ai directly (see contact information below).
 

Additionally, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our Software and Services and we also may continue to retain backup or archival copies of your information made in the normal course of business. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Atlas Ai will take reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current. However, once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Consequently, the right listed below cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

Atlas Ai has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Atlas Ai further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning human resources data transferred from the EU and Switzerland in the context of the employment relationship. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact the EU or Swiss DPAs for more information or to file a complaint.  The services of EU and Swiss DPAs are provided at no cost to you.

ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY

The Federal Trade Commission is the relevant enforcement authority that has jurisdiction over Atlas Ai’s compliance with the Privacy Shield. Under certain limited conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission’s Privacy Shield Panel.

NO REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

The provision of your personal data is generally voluntary and there is no statutory nor contractual obligation to provide your personal data. We generally do not contractually require the provision of your personal data; but note that in any event non-provision of personal data might exclude you from using some of our services or parts thereof. Voluntary data in the application form is optional and if you do not provide that data you will have no disadvantages.

SECURITY

Atlas Ai takes steps that are reasonably designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including through secure socket layer, password protection and, for certain transmissions to our Services, encryption.
